The MissionThe Los Angeles Alumnae May Month Committee is responsible for providing a public forum to highlight the Los Angeles Alumnae Five-Point Programs and other public services. This event takes place during May Month. The Chapter invites the public to a celebration that includes presentations and displays that promote a positive image of the Sorority and informs the public of services that are provided by the Chapter. Also during this celebration the Los Angeles Alumnae Chapter presents the Scholarship recipients, and highlights the achievements of participants of the Dr. Betty L. Shabazz Delta Academy and the Dr. Jeanne Noble Delta G.E.M.S. Institute.
